BOMBANANA! Price and Where to Buy

Quick Answers

Is BOMBANANA! free to play? No — it is a premium paid release on Steam.
Is there a free version? Yes — the official free demo on Steam, still installable after Steam Next Fest, with roughly 2–3 hours of content across seven difficulty tiers.
Exact price? The full release lists at $7.99 with a launch intro price of $4.95 (per fan wiki coverage). Regional pricing changes the figure in every region, so confirm the live Steam store page before buying. See Launch Discount below.

Launch Discount

Public sources confirm the game launched on September 2, 2026 with a -38% launch discount and an intro price of $4.95 (full price $7.99). The intro discount was reported as running until September 9, 2026 — so the longer you wait past that date, the more likely the price returns to full. Regional pricing changes the store figure in every region, so treat the live Steam page as the source of truth before buying.

Where to Buy Safely

Steam is the only official source for the PC game (App ID 4656000). The Roblox adaptation is played through Roblox itself. Xbox, Switch and mobile have no official version, and the announced PS5 edition has no release date or store price yet — Steam remains the only place to buy the game today. The Steam page covers the two app IDs in detail: 4656000 for the paid game, 4747510 for the free demo.

Avoid lookalike download pages: APK files, browser clones, repacks and "full game free" mirrors are not the game. Guide sites (including this one) never host game files — if a page offers a BOMBANANA! download outside Steam or Roblox, treat it as unverified and unsafe.

Third-party Steam key stores are a separate market from the Steam store itself. Our Steam key page tracks what comparison listings show — and why the cheapest row is usually a shared account rather than a key you keep. In-game codes are a third thing again: free Bananas in the Roblox version that cost nothing and cannot be bought (what the trackers list).

What Your Money Buys

The full 30-level Campaign, plus Endless and Custom modes.
Online 3-player co-op with the Blind / Mute / Deaf role system, real-time voice communication and the in-game gesture system.
Role-switching replayability — swapping roles between rounds is effectively three games in one.

Not sure yet? Play the free demo first — it teaches the same communication method the full game demands. See what the demo contains, plus the release date and demo timeline and the platform table for more.
